Thanks, Crystal.....beautiful pictures. Beautiful comments. I so miss my uncle on days like these. I mean I miss him everyday, but he was so full of stories about WWII. He was a such a gentleman and a gentle man. It was indeed the greatest generation. Back in NH, I worked very closely with the Veteran's Hospital. It was one of the greatest honors of my life. See you at the BIG SHOW. I am coming with the intention of getting one of your great Christmas decorations.
Thanks Mary Beth. I think you are right, that was the greatest generation, willing to sacrifice and put God and country before themselves.
